Updating Gemini samples in line with documentation. Removed proactivity as Google's docs state it may have issues. Also removed enable_affective_dialog as Google's docs state it can produce unexpected results

Also added instructions to
generate_replyas Gemini was reasoning it had received a '.' instruction in the chat.
